A graduate from Villanova University School of Law and Georgetown University, Joe is licensed to practice law in Maryland and Pennsylvania. Prior to going into successful private practice, Joe served as a prosecutor in Kent County, Maryland for 16 years--creating strong networking and legal community ties on the Eastern Shore.
